About EMI valuation

Joseph Ellul (5 Dolce Vita Corte, Triq San Mikiel, San Gwann, SGN 2303, Malta). The team that runs this site reads every enquiry it takes and replies directly.

Why this site exists

We read 9 providers' own pages on 15 October 2026 and only 4 of them print a figure, so the only way to see the spread is to read all of them and show the working. That is what this site is: one table, every source named, dated.

Who it is for

Founders and finance leads of UK companies about to grant EMI options who want to know what the valuation costs and what HMRC requires before they ask anyone.

What is on this site

One question, "emi valuation", answered with a quote form that works on the page with no account, 4 guides on the questions around it, a data table you can cite (the figures and their method), and the sources every figure rests on.

What it does not do

  • No ranking, no best-of list and no scores: the table is sorted by the figure, not by us.
  • No paid placement, no affiliate links and no sponsored rows.
  • No invented figure: a provider that publishes nothing is listed as publishing nothing.

Who answers for it

Joseph Ellul-Turner, the person who reads every enquiry this site takes.

This is a free information site. When you send an enquiry, the team that runs this site reads it and replies to you directly; you pay nothing to ask and are under no obligation. It carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate links, and no firm in the table has paid to be there or can pay to be removed. Every fee is read from the named firm's own public page on the date shown and is what that firm advertises, not a quote for your company. We are not affiliated with HMRC, and nothing here is tax or legal advice. HMRC rules are quoted from HMRC's own pages with the date they give.
